We are pleased to report that all staff are well and remain capable of maintaining the high service standards you would expect from us. The office will remain open during this difficult period. However, the technology we use does allow remote working. As a precaution, we are asking some staff members to work from home for the time being.
Our technology allows for staff to securely access our internal and cloud-based servers from their homes. Our phone system is also internet-based and will continue to operate as normal.
We can swiftly move to remote working for all staff if necessary, with little disruption.
